Preparing for Your First Visit
To help us provide the best care possible, please bring the following to your appointment:
- Your pet's previous medical records and vaccination history
- A list of any current medications or supplements
- A fresh stool sample (for wellness exams, if possible)
- Dogs on leash; cats in a secure carrier
- Any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss with the doctor
New clients are always welcome. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake paperwork.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins for urgent needs during business hours, subject to availability. Appointments are recommended for routine wellness visits.
What animals do you treat?
We provide veterinary care for dogs and cats. For equine and large animal care, please visit our sister clinic Lone Star Equine Sports Medicine at the same address.
What do I do for an after-hours emergency?
For life-threatening emergencies outside our hours, please contact a 24-hour emergency animal hospital in The Woodlands or Conroe area. Always call ahead so staff can prepare for your arrival.
Do you offer online pharmacy services?
Yes — our online pharmacy lets you order refills and have medications delivered to your door.

What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
